Fighting back with exercise
So, I took the plunge and realised it was time to really try and fight back. MS has taken so much from me, I felt like it was time to see what I can do, to try and get some form of activity back.
I can't do massive amounts, but even the small stuff is so rewarding. Here I'll update regularly what my routines are, both at home and in the gym.
HOME
Plank 30 seconds
10 sit ups
Plank 30 second
10 sit ups
5 days a week
GYM
Seated cross trainer 15 minutes
Leg extensions 15kg, 5 reps x3
Chest Press 30kg, 10 reps x3
3 days a week
