In an update from my post yesterday, I've had my first conversation with the mental health charity and on Monday they will contact me again to discuss how they can support me best, feeling a bit more relaxed knowing support is available. Well, really hope to see some of you join the streams over the next few days, LETS FIGHT MS TOGETHER! we've got this!.
